Before installation, follow these steps:
1. Unscrew the plastic cap.
2. Remove the seal and screw the plastic cap back on the bottle.
3. Proceed to refill the ink tank.
Problem: Colour mixing
The prints are coming out with blended colours
Resolution
- Please check if the ink colour in the ink tank is consistent with the printer’s ink tank marked
Problem: White line
The prints are coming out with a white line
Resolution
- Run the cleaning operation up to three times
Problem: Broken line
The prints are coming out with a broken line
Resolution
- Check if the paper tray is flat and if the printer needs maintenance
