This patented print cartridge and its contents inside this package are licensed for single use only.
After this single use, the license to use the print cartridge terminates, and the used cartridge much be returns for re-manufacturing, refilling or recycling.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, RETURN THE UNOPENED PACKAGE TO YOUR POINT OF PURCHASE.
A replacement cartridge sold without these terms is available from your retailer.
Problems you might encounter
Problem: Cartridge not recognised
The cartridge has been installed correctly but it's reporting as not recognised
Resolution
Note: This requires the previously used cartridge
- 1. Remove the cartridge and install the used cartridge. Then close the printer cover
- 2. When the printer stops after detecting, take out the used cartridge.
- 3. Reinstall in the printer & repeat steps if required.
Problem: Print quality is poor/faded.
Resolution
- Remove and clean chip on cartridge with a dry lint free cloth
If the problem persists print a cleaning page using the following steps:
Touchscreen printers
- Press the button that has an Image with different coloured level bars
- Select "More Options"
- Select "Deep Clean Printhead"
- A cleaning page will print
Non Touchscreen Printers
- Press the wrench button
- Select "Maintenance"
- Press ok
- Use the arrow keys to select "Deep Clean Printhead"
- Press ok
- A cleaning page will print
