• If the print quality is poor, remove the toner cartridge from the printer and gently rock the cartridge from side to side.
• This movement helps distribute the toner evenly within the cartridge.
• After rocking the cartridge 5–6 times, re-insert the cartridge into the printer and print a test page.
• If the issue persists, check the life of the maintenance items in your machine in case any of them need to be replaced.

• Open the printer cover and remove the affected cartridge from the printer.
• Gently shake the cartridge from side to side 5-6 times to evenly distribute the toner.
• Clean the mouth of the drum.
• 
• Re-install the cartridge.
• Close the printer cover.
• Wait for the printer to recognise the cartridge before use.

Please note: This error may appear more than once during the life of the cartridge. This process ensures that the toner moves freely into the drum so that the toner level is measured accurately.
