Problem: Faded Output
Printouts are coming out faded.
Resolution
- If the print quality is poor, remove the toner cartridge from the printer and gently rock the cartridge from side to side.
- This movement helps distribute to the toner evenly within the cartridge.
- After rocking the cartridge 5-6 times, re-insert the cartridge into the printer and print a test page.
Problem: No Output
Printouts are coming out blank.
Resolution
- If the printouts are coming out blank, please remove the toner and re-insert the cartridge into the printer as it may not be in the correct position.
Problem: Black or white vertical streaks
Printouts are coming out with black / white vertical streaks /lines down the page
Resolution 1
- 1. Enter the "Services" menu on the printer's display
- 2. Scroll down until "LSU" appears
- 3. Press "OK" twice to activate this function
- 4. Print a test page to determine if print quality has been improved
Resolution 2
- 1. Enter the "Services" menu on the printer's display
- 2. Scroll down until "Drum" appears
- 3. Press "OK" twice to activate this function
- 4. Print a test page to determine if print quality has been improved
