Compatible cartridges may look different from the original branded cartridges.
They might vary in shape or size, but this does not affect their ability to fit or function correctly.
When installing the cartridge:

Firmly push the cartridge into place.
-
This ensures the seal is pierced, allowing ink to flow properly.

Printouts are very faded print or there is a lack of print on the page
Resolution
-
Perform 2–3 head cleans or nozzle cleans.
-
Wait at least 20 minutes between each clean to prevent damage.
-
This process helps clear any clogs in the print head and restore normal ink flow.
Problem: Printing blank pages
The ink cartridge printed one or two pages and then stopped printing.
Resolution
-
Check if the breathing hole on the ink cartridge is covered.
-
Most cartridges have a small "rip strip" or tape that needs to be removed to allow airflow.
-
Make sure this is fully removed so the cartridge can function properly.
