Resolution
- Check for Sealing Sponge Issues by inspecting the powder inlet area for a loose or dislodged sealing sponge.
- Inspect for Obstructions. If the sponge has come loose, it may fall into the powder inlet and block the toner flow. Carefully remove any debris or sponge material from the inlet area.
- Clean the Area Gently using a soft, dry cloth or a small vacuum (designed for electronics) to clean around the powder inlet without pushing debris further inside.
- After clearing the inlet, reinstall the toner cartridge. Press it firmly near the center of the label until it clicks into place.
- Turn off the printer and wait a few seconds, then turn it back on to reset any error states.
