Problem: Wrong Size
The cartridge is the wrong size and will not fit into the printer.
Resolution
Please remove the cartridge, check it there is any foreign matter at the position of installing the cartridge.
Problem: Colour not coming through / faded prints
The texts or image on the paper appears faded, as if the colour is not running through correctly.
Resolution
Clean the nozzle of the cartridge following the steps below:
1. Go to Settings > Maintenance > Print Head Cleaning
2. Print the nozzle test page and check the colour is printed with expected print quality. If not, please run another Printhead Cleaning.
Note: you might need to run up to three Print Head Cleanings up to obtain the expected print quality.
