1. Open the printer cover and the cap of the ink tank.
2. Open the lid of the ink bottle and place it on the correspondent colour ink tank
NOTE: The compatible ink bottle might look different to the genuine one, but it is easy to use as it contains automatic ink refilling with leak proof design. The ink bottle should perfectly fit and hold in the printer without screwing it.
3. Once the tank is refilled, close the cap of the ink tank and the printer cover and use the printer as normal.
Problem: Colour mixing
The prints are coming out with blended colours.
Resolution
- Please check if the ink colour in the ink tank is consistent with the printer’s ink tank marked
Problem: White line
The prints are coming out with a white line.
Resolution
- Run the cleaning operation up to three times
Problem: Broken line
The prints are coming out with a broken line
Resolution
- Check if the paper tray is flat and if the printer needs maintenance
