In line with our satisfaction guarantee, we want to make returning any cartridges to us as simple as possible. To ensure we can process your return of consumables, efficiently and ensure you qualify for a full refund, please read the guide below.
-
We require a valid returns number - regardless of the return reason, all items sent back to us must be accompanied by a returns number. You can get this by raising a return on your online account, or contacting a member of the team. Any items received in our warehouse without a valid returns number, will be assumed as recycling and forwarded to our approved recycling partners for processing and will not be refunded.
Your return only authorises you to return the items listed in the confirmation or agreed with our team in your call or email. If you wish to return any more items, you will need to raise an additional return. If you wish to send multiple returns in the same parcel, please ensure you identify clearly which returns number they belong to. Additional items received, but not expected, will also be treated as recycling.

Items must be returned as described. Unwanted returns must be returned as new, in their original packaging, with all seals in tact. Items returned used, damaged or defaced, will not qualify for a refund. Please see our article "Items that cannot be returned" for more information.
If you've received the incorrect item, or its faulty, we will require more information for verification before your return is authorised. Your return is authorised based on that information you provide.
- You're responsible for packaging the item for postage - it is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging you use is adequate for the return journey, items that cannot be resold due to damage in transit may not be refunded if they have not been adequately wrapped or protected.
