Problem: Customer having trouble installing the Card / Chip
Having difficulty installing the Card/chip
Resolution
- Please see below for how the chip should be installed
- Please see below for how the chip shouldn't be installed (It must go straight into the slot and not at an angle)
- If the chip is not positioned correctly (as above) the top will not close properly.
Problem: Card / Chip Is The Wrong Size / Different name on it
The card / chip is the wrong size or has a different name to the genuine on it
Resolution
- Compatible chips are sometimes a different shape/ name to the original Card/ Chip but should still work
