Problems you might encounter
Problem: Error (Cartridge Missing or damaged)
The cartridges have been installed correctly but the printer is reporting the error (Cartridge missing or damaged)
Resolution
- Whilst the printer is turned on pull the printer's power cable out and leave it off for 15 minutes
- If the Cartridge has a chip wipe it with a dry cloth

- After 15 minutes turn the printer back on and install the cartridges - make sure they fully click into place
Problem: Printing blank pages / fading on print
Printouts are coming out very faded or blank
Resolution
- If the print quality is poor or no ink is appearing on the paper then try doing 2-3 head cleans/nozzle cleans
- Leave 20 minutes between each clean
