Compatible HP 903XL & 907XL (T6M15AE-REM, T6M03AE-REM, T6M07AE-REM, T6M11AE-REM, T6M19AE-REM)

To install the cartridges please follow the steps below:

1. Remove all the cartridges currently installed in the printer.

2. Remove the pull strip from the top of each cartridge.

3. Position the cartridge upside down and carefully remove the orange clip.

4. Insert the cartridge into the corresponding slot on the printhead and press down firmly until a click is heard. Then, close the printer lid.

"Non HP Cartridge"

The printer is reporting that a non HP cartridge has been installed. This is just a warning message, simply press OK on the error screen to by pass.

"Cartridge problem"

The printer is reporting a problem with the cartridge.

Resolution

• 1. Remove the indicated cartridge from the printer.
• 2. Re-install the cartridge into the printer and press down until the cartridge fully clicks into place.

"Cartridge is not compatible" or "Cartridge is not recognised"

The compatible cartridge has been installed correctly but the printer displays any of these errors.

Resolution

1. Remove the affected cartridge/cartridges from the printer.
2. Turn the printer off and wait for 2 minutes.
3. Turn your printer back on and wait for a further 2 minutes.
4. Once the printer warns that certain cartridge/cartridges are missing, re-install them one at a time.

"Non HP-Chip"

The compatible cartridge has been installed correctly but the printer displays a "Non HP-chip" error message.

Resolution: This could be due to a new HP firmware update on the printer. Please contact our customer care centre for more information.
