Problem: Error (Cartridge Problem)
The ink cartridge has been installed, but the printer is displaying a "Cartridge Problem" error message.
Resolution:

Remove the affected cartridge from the printer.

Thoroughly clean the gold-coloured electrical contacts using the rubber provided.

Reinstall the cartridge carefully.
Note: You might need to repeat the cleaning process up to three times for the cartridge to fully work.
Problem: Printing blank pages / fading on print
Printouts are coming out very faded or completely blank.
Resolution:

Remove the cartridge and gently clean the printhead with a piece of damp kitchen tissue (use warm water).

If the issue persists, place the bottom of the cartridge (where ink comes out) on a piece of moist kitchen roll for 20 minutes. Ensure the printhead is in contact with the tissue.
- Reinstall the cartridge and print a printhead page.
