For speedy delivery to you, we may dispatch your order from more than one location. This means you could receive more than one delivery. As long as you have received everything on the picking or delivery note you have received, then this is likely to be the case, rather than them being missing and we kindly ask you wait until the end of the delivery date before getting in touch.
If you ordered a combination of in stock and special order items, anything available for delivery would have been dispatched straight away, whilst special order items will take a little longer, please check your order confirmation for the delivery lead time.
If there has been a problem and we have not been able to dispatch everything as expected, a member of the team would be in touch by phone or email.
If you have received a parcel but there are more items on the paperwork than in the box, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this. Discrepancies reported longer than seven days after delivery can become difficult to investigate and you may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
