Non HP Cartridges

This is just a warning message to state that the cartridges are not genuine HP. This is not an error.
When the message appears, press OK to continue.
You should now be able to print as normal.

Memory error on indicated cartridges. Event code: 10.00.0X and the information button is flashing.

Please try opening and closing the printer door.
After that, an on-screen message should read "The indicated cartridges are non-HP cartridges".
Press OK to continue and use the printer as usual.

Poor print quality

If the printer is producing poor print quality, the waste toner hopper may be full.
Use the steps in the video below to empty this.
