Replace Toner / Toner Low / No Toner Installed

Make sure the machine is turned on.
Make sure the machine's cover is closed.
Press Back to ensure you're on the screen home page
Press Down to find General Setup and press OK
Press Down to find Replace Toner and press OK again
Press Down to find Continue and press OK
When the printer shows Accepted on the screen, the count is now reset and the printer should be ready to use

Replace Drum / Drum End / No Drum Installed

My prints are faded

If the print quality is poor, remove the toner cartridge from the printer and gently rock it side to side.
This movement helps distribute the toner evenly within the cartridge.
After rocking the cartridge 5–6 times, reinsert it and print a test page.
If the issue persists, check the life of maintenance items in case they need replacing.

I'm seeing marks on the page

Toner powder contamination can be found under the printer’s paper feed roller, often due to dust and toner build-up.
Clean the printer’s paper feed roller thoroughly to remove any toner powder or dirt.
After cleaning or replacement, print a test page to verify if the issue is resolved.
