Problem: faded output
Printouts are coming out faded.
Resolution
- If the print quality is poor, remove the toner cartridge from the printer and gently rock the cartridge from side to side.
- This movement helps distribute to the toner evenly within the cartridge.
- After rocking the cartridge 5-6 times, re-insert the cartridge into the printer and print a test page.

This image shows the front of the cartridge. The green handle is used to help install and remove the cartridge.

The back of the cartridge is shown in this image. There is also a pull strip at the bottom which will need to be removed before installation.

This image shows the right side of the cartridge, the green chip must be clean and free of impurities before installation. The batch number can be located on the barcode label.

The left side of the cartridge is shown in this image. The plastic guide rail on the side should align with the rails inside the printer.
